A good day with family -- both ours and Stephen's.  Our daughter is marrying into a good klan.

We decided to go shopping and then take a break at Chukchansi in a comp room.  Good times!

Day 495

Doctor appointment, followed with pedicure, then lunch with Shannon and the kiddos.  Next. the work began.  We did some storage shed modifications, followed with more work on the motorhome storage and more setup for our stay.  Una is working on being Mom of the year by doing some sewing for Brook.  A busy day, but a good one!

 We had a really good Christmas celebration with the family at Shannon's house today.  This afternoon we moved to a new RV park and did the laundry.  If you would like to see our family opening up gifts and such, enjoy the slideshow!

Spent the day shopping.  Came home to find that our bikes were stolen.  I sure hope they need them more than we do.

Another day with the family.  We went to the movies and watched the new Yogi Bear movie, then went to Shannon's for dinner and family time.  All in all, a good day!

We traveled back from Red Bluff today, went to Shannon's house, and then to Stephen's church.  We then topped the day off with the family back at Shannon's.  It was good to have all the grandkids together.

We traveled to Red Bluff for the Elks Lodge interview for membership.  Now we get to spend the evening with my Uncle Lloyd and cousin Rick and Sandy.  Life is good!

We traveled from Desert Hot Springs to Fresno today through a lot of rain.  Had dinner with Stephen and Shannon and followed it up by giving blood for a little girl with leukemia.  A good day.

Saw Santa in Comfort and then traveled to Sierra Blanca.

We spent a big part of the day at a service center in Seguin, Texas only to find out that we have a problem that we can't repair at the moment.  However, tonight we are resting comfortably at an RV park in Comfort, Texas.  On to Balmorhea tomorrow!

Day 478

We left Houston today and made it as far as Seguin.  Tomorrow we head to Sonora.

Day 477

Home tonight is the Clearlake Church of Christ parking lot. Tomorrow we head to Seguin.  We enjoyed great fellowship, good food, and wonderful entertainment tonight at the Senior Banquet.

We had a good day taking care of business and then we took the family to see Tangled.  Fun!

Day 475

Yay!  Our motorhome has new awnings and the work well.  Una has spent a big part of the day taking care of Brook and the kiddos.  Brook, Dwayne, and the boys all have strep throat.  We enjoyed Rylee's school concert program.

Day 474

Not such a great day.  We took our rig to the shop to get the awnings replaced and the recall repair on the refrigerator.  We were told four to five hours, nine hours later we left.  However, it doesn't end there.  We have to take it back in the morning because it still isn't done right...grrrrr!  Oh well, in light of the life-threatening situations others find themselves in, we are truly blessed.  Looking forward to a good night's sleep.

Day 473

We enjoyed a wonderful time of worship, bible study, and fellowship with our church family.  The rest of the day was spent in rest and relaxation.

Ahh...to sleep in, and then have nothing pressing.  That was our day, until this evening.  We had the family over for a movie.  It was great!

We had a busy day working our storage over.  I also had a good fellowship at the men's luncheon, while Una baked a cake in preparation for tonight.  We had a wonderful dinner at the Holman's home.

12-02-2010 Slideshow I spent the day watching Have Gun Will Travel on DVD while Una went shopping, had lunch with a couple of the grandkids, and then babysat for awhile.  Enjoy this very short, very cute, slideshow!

Another good day.  The kids came over for awhile -- got a few pictures.  Went to praise team practice tonight.  It's a little weird, in that I wont be here for the Christmas program, and that's what we practiced.  But, it was still fun.  Enjoy the pictures!
