Day 468

Just another day down home in the RV.  However, we did spend a big part of the day at Dwayne & Brook's house, watching the kids while they went shopping.

Day 467

We had a good day, going to the Half Price Bookstore, library, and exploring RV parks.  I finished the day watching Have Gun Will Travel episodes and then finishing off the day watching the Niners.

Day 466

We had a wonderful time at church today.  A good study and worship.  I took an active part in offering communion thoughts.  Following worship Una and I went to Zio's for lunch.  It was really delicious, and we were having a good time until I knocked Una's wine over.  The rest of the day went smooth.

Day 465

Another relaxing day.  We went back to the RV after three wonderful days at the kids.

Day 464

Another great day with family.  Actually played a little flag football, used muscles I had forgotten about.

We had a really wonderful Thanksgiving day with family.

Day 461 & 462

The last couple of days have been prep for Thanksgiving.  Today we have Rodney here from Coleman, as well as, Ray & Diana coming from Georgetown, near Austin.

Day 460

Went Christmas shopping for the grandkids today.  Pretty much defined the day.  It's all good!

Day 459

We went to the Little York Church of Christ today.  It was good to see the folks there.  Una spent the afternoon shopping with Brook while I spent time with the NFL.  It has been a good day!

Day 458

Una spent the day shopping with Brook, while Dwayne and the kids detailed their car.  After it was washed they came and picked me up and we went to a football game.  Following the game we went back to their house, cooked the lasagna Una had prepared, and waited for our wives to get home.  They finally got back from shopping near 10 pm!  LOL...they truly shopped till they dropped.

Day 457

Another relaxing day.  Una walked for diabetes with two of our grandchildren, while I went to the men's luncheon.

Day 456

We had a good day, getting our car washed and waxed.  I went to New Beginnings Church for an old-fashioned singing.  It was good to sing and have a little fellowship.

Days 454 & 455

The last two days have been very relaxing.  I had the opportunity to spoil my beautiful grandkids tonight.

Day 453

Went to Baskin & Robbins with the kids today and then went to their house to watch The Karate Kid and eat pizza, another mini celebration of Camden's birthday.  Today is the actual day, he's eleven.

Day 452

We enjoyed a wonderful worship, followed with a great fellowship dinner.  The rest of the day was very relaxing.

We got our teeth cleaned today, then went to Costco and returned a TV and did a little shopping.  Tonight I went to church for praise team practice.

Day 447

Una made an enchilada dinner for the family tonight.  After dinner, she and Brook went to play bunco, while Dwayne and I took our old Sony Cybershot camera apart and replace the broken LCD screen.  I sure was glad to have him there...he got it done.

Day 446

We took the RV to a service center to get measurements made for new awnings for our slide outs and to order parts for a recall on our refrigerator.  We also had to move to a different space because the one we were in had fluctuating current.  All in all, a good day.

 We enjoyed a general homecoming, great fellowship, and wonderful worship at the Clearlake Church of Christ this morning.  Following a great lunch at 888 Bistro, we went to watch our grandkids play their last little league games of the season.  It has been a full day.  Enjoy the slideshow!

Whew!  We had to go through a ton of mail that has stacked up over the past eight or so months.  Tonight we went to a play -- Annie.  And now we have our sweet grand-daughter, Rylee, spending the night.
