As we begin a new chapter in our lives some have asked that we begin a blog to keep interested ones informed of our whereabouts and activities. As the time to actually take off approached our seven-year-old grandson told us to have a good time on our adventure. Thus, our title "The Great Keen Adventure" was born. As you peruse the site it is our hope that you will be blessed with what we have to share and where we have been. God bless you!

Galveston Slideshow
Railroad Museum
This last Thursday we went on a field trip with our family to the Galveston Railroad Museum. After the field trip we toured the Strand in Galveston, making a day of it. It was a really good family outing and we took a lot of pictures. I broke them into two separate slideshow. Enjoy!

The Summit Slideshow
We were able to attend one day of The Summit, ACU's lectureship, on September 21st. It was good to see old friends we haven't seen in years. Enjoy the short slideshow!

Soda Tasting Slideshow
We went over to Dwayne & Brook's house the other night, bringing a six-pack of sodas we bought at Pops in Arcadia, Oklahoma, for a soda tasting party. "Brain Wash" just about did us in with its Jalapeno ingredient. It was a lot of fun. The slideshow only has nine pictures. Enjoy!

Camden's Baseball Game Slideshow
Our grandson, Camden, loves baseball. He has been playing little league baseball for quite some time. We went to one of this games last Sunday. His team won, and he was a big part of the win. This is a slideshow with twenty-four pictures from that game. Enjoy!

Gatesville to Houston Slideshow
We traveled from Gatesville, Texas to Houston, Texas on the 23rd. It was pretty uneventful. However, we take pictures of water towers. I'm not really sure why, but we do. So, this very short slideshow has water towers and the Houston skyline. It was good to get through the heavy traffic to our RV park in League City. And, it was really good to see our family. Enjoy the slideshow!

Oklahoma Slideshow
This is a slideshow of a few places close to Meeker, Oklahoma that we thought were neat. Pops is a place with the largest variety of soda I have ever seen, and the food was great, too! The log house belongs to our host and hostess, Leroy and Andree. They have their own little piece of paradise. It's a short slideshow, so enjoy!
